Pushing Boundaries - Our Bespoke Manufactured Residential Park Home

There are always opportunities to push boundaries, when it comes to customer led designs. And that's exactly what we did.

At Harbur Park and Leisure Homes, we love a challenge! That's why, when our customers came to us with a request for two manufacture SIPs builds of 60'6ft x 22ft residential park home, we jumped at the opportunity.

After weeks of hard work, the two Residential Park Homes were completed to an incredibly high standard, as can be expected from Harbur Park and Leisure Homes.

This was the perfect opportunity for our customers to bring their dream home to life. High spec finishing and upgraded appliances lend themselves to a luxurious atmosphere, allowing them to craft the perfect abode for their family.

Upgrades have certainly been at the top of the agenda when it comes to this luxurious build project. Everywhere you look there are stylish, modern features that add an air of grandeur and sophistication - the feature fireplace wall with shelving and LED lighting, the range of luxury tiles adorning the bathrooms coupled with underfloor heating, a stunning Rangemaster oven and appliances upgraded to all Bosch, granite kitchen worktops and brushed brass and 3 in 1 hot water tap. Not forgetting brushed brass T bar cupboard handles, along with his and hers vanity units to the master bedroom ensuite and brushed gold taps for added opulence. The master bedroom has been super-sized with a superking bed plus luxury carpets, finished off perfectly with alcove shelving to the dining room featuring feature lighting. Upgrades like these make this house something rather special.

Our customers were overjoyed with the outcome. Their expectations were far exceeded and feedback received was incredibly positive.
